Top notch personalised and super friendly service. I had colour, blow dry, eyebrow shape and tint and manicure left feeling properly pampered! Excellent hair washing (and I normally don’t like that bit) highly recommend.

Went to go get my hair cut yesterday it looks awesome 😊😁😀 Olivia is a awesome hair stylist, their hot chocolate there is so creamy and chocolately. All the stylists there are so kind and helpful plus their rosemary and mint shampoo really makes my hair super shiny.

Really friendly welcome back from Jane and I went in for a wax with Xenia who is amazing. I'll probably go back for hair some time as it's been a while.

Excellent place to for hair care. It's so much more than a normal barbers or salon. Theres even a beauty salon incorporated into the business. Our whole family goes here.

I booked an appointment for my daughter online after the reading the good reviews. She had to get 2 buses to get there for her appointment at 9.00am and was called at 8.50am to be told that her stylist's train had been cancelled and could she come in at 11.15am. As she is only 17 and this was her first time getting her hair cut on her own she agreed even though she was only 5 minutes away. I think it is very unprofessional to give someone 10 minutes notice to move an appointment and not even offer for another stylist to do it. Her stylist didn't even apologise personally. Very disappointed.

Right just to get this straight from the beginning I made an appointment to have my nails done and thought I booked it for 17:45 but no it was for 16:45 my bad ! trust me to get it wrong the receptionist was really lovely when I explained my mistake and if she had said maybe book it for another day I would of understood as it was my fault anyway but she re- booked it the same day at a later time my thinking was for 17:45 but no I got it wrong again it was for 18:45, anyway me still thinking it was 17:45 I started off over to this salon only to be told it was booked for 18:45 well I was soooo embarrassed how can I get this wrong twice but it was me wasn’t it 😩 But no the receptionist was very kind and said you are very welcome to wait and she made me a lovely cup of coffee she was an absolute star ⭐️ Anyway It gets to the right time and I can see the beauty therapist quite clearly opposite me still with her client? Now the manager and the Receptionist went over to her to remind her I was waiting a few times bless them !
and also came to me and said she won’t be long 20 minutes later after my time the therapist still hadn’t even acknowledged me which was very rude and unprofessional so I thought I’d wait 5 more minutes but nothing at all from the therapist she never once looked over at me or came over to apologise, So then I thought I am not being treated like this by the therapist I then walked up to the reception and told the manager I was going and said I know it was my mistake at the beginning but she’s taking it a bit too far ! Both the manager and the receptionist tried to get me to stay and said she was nearly finished, which was very kind of them but I declined as I was more disappointed and annoyed with the unprofessionalism of their beauty therapist , if she worked for me she would’ve been severely reprimanded or sacked !!!
I just want to let people know that the Hair and beauty salon and the manager and receptionist are absolutely amazing and welcoming and for that Beauty Therapist she should be ashamed to let down her work colleagues and the Salons reputation!
