Loxx Hair Salon, Ibstock

Absolutely awful haircut, uneven lengths and no layers as I asked for, doesn’t even feel or look like it’s been cut in any way. So rushed and unfriendly hairdresser and I was made to stand up for most of it, Not that I was even in the salon for more than 10 minutes. I appreciate that Loxx do charge a good price but I feel £13 was so bad for what I got. Never ever will I return.

A very nice salon, great bunch of girls although because I was a "fit me in" felt like my treatment was a little slap dash.... Was offered a cup of tea but never received it but other than that was very satisfied with my treatment x

Sammy highlighted my hair, I have beautiful cool tone blond, she was ever so gentle and patient with my thick super long hair, very professional customer care and skilled hairdressers, 💯 % recommend.

Lovely salon & staff and were so welcoming as we are new to the area! I didn’t book the right treatment for what I wanted & even though it was tight on time made sure I walked out with the hair I wanted - thank you! Also had my daughters first haircut here and they were so patient and made her feel at ease x
