my experience at this shop was not so good as I expected, my eyelashes was very wonky and had many gaps in them, I did return to the shop after getting my eyelashes done and they did fill in the gaps but still they remained looking terrible and wonky! they started falling off the next day after getting them, I do not recommend this shop for eyelashes and I would never return to this shop as my time at this shop wasn’t good, but on the other hand staff was very friendly.

I wish I could put 0 stars! I previously got eyelash extensions done here and they where honestly shocking!! They gave you no information or a spooly to maintain them. The day I got them done they look wonky and a couple fell out and then not even 24 hours later half of the lashes where hanging off as if it was a strip lash where it was so thick with glue! I didn’t get them wet once. Such a waste of money would not recommend!

Amazing Ladies at this place! They are all so welcoming, cheerful, helpful while also very professional when it comes to work. I've been using them ever since they opened up in Dartford 3-4yrs ago, and I go here like twice in a month. Highly recommend them. You don't usually need an prior appointment.

The beautician was extremely rude. I felt uncomfortable. She asked me several unnecessary questions during my time there and came across patronising. I will not be using this service again! 👎🏽

Great service, very professional ladies. Was greeted warmly and proceeded to have 5* treatment all along. I had my eyebrows done and have come here for all my beauty needs over the years - never been disappointed! Highly recommended if you're in the area!

Basically don’t go there if you’re black. Got there and had a bit of a wait before anyone even addressed me. One of the workers just looked at me and turned away like I wasn’t standing right there which I thought was quite rude. Every white person that walked in seemed to get a smile and polite conversation while I was ignored. When I told them I was there for a massage, they all just looked at each other and smirked then in their language started talking to each other and it was quite obvious what they were saying. One proceeded to ask the others who wanted to do the massage. They all just kept smirking and looking away as if they didn’t want to do it. Eventually after a 15 minute wait, I was lead to the massage room. The blinds were kept up the whole time and it was early afternoon so it was BRIGHT. There was no music, no relaxing atmosphere and I could even hear all the convo going on downstairs. The girl who ended up doing the massage was the one who was asking who wanted to do it. This girl weighed about 1/4 of me and had no muscles whatsoever. She barely touched me during the massage and it was clear she had no idea what she was doing. All I could do was wait for it to be over. Then they charged me £25 instead of the advertised £20. That’s the last penny they will ever get from me. Waste of time and money.
