This my first experience of T&G. I was skeptical given it's a chain, however I really loved it. I loved the team work - the wash, the colour, the cut. Karim was absolutely fantastic. I have been back several times. He understands what I want, and changes the cut and products on my reflections. I'll keep going back even though I don't live in the area.

Hairdressers and Stylists are often unsung hero's. The team at this Toni & Guy are mine. Not only do I leave looking my best, I feel I've had a good client journey.

I highly recommend Tony&Guy St Albans young lady called jordan for hair colouring she did amazing job on my wife hair even though my wife first language wasn’t English but jordan made her feel so comfortable and welcomed to the salon and did fantastic job

Had highlights done yesterday. Loved the gentleman that did them but have been left with white/grey stripes around my hairline. The front section is particularly shocking. Whilst I'm sure they'd offer to fix them, I do not trust them to do so. There is no blending and the colour is so off. Am going elsewhere to fix and ultimately having to pay twice.

Haven’t been there for few years with all the pandemic etc… Went there last week and Robbie did a miracle to my hair!! Loved the whole experience. Thanks guys! ❤️❤️

They had me come in twice unnecessarily. The first time they said they needed a strand test but when I came in they said they didn't actually need it.

The second time I came in for a 4 hour (or more) long appointment, which meant I had freed up an entire day for this haircut. However I find that they sent the booking confirmation text to completely the wrong number and then cancelled it.

They offered no compensation for wasting my time, so I recommend heading elsewhere to get your hair done. That, or triple check they have the correct number and time.

The Google location took me to an entirely different address, I called the salon and let them know I'd be ten minutes late and they said that was fine. Upon arrival, I was told I couldn't have my appointment and that I'd have to wait for another hour at least.

After expressing my concerns about how disregarded and uncomfortable this made me feel, I was given a haircut by a senior member of staff, for free of charge.

I really appreciated the eventual care and understanding I was met with, whilst recognising this wasn't an easy situation for everyone involved, and there was discomfort in the air.

Thank you for your flexibility, kindness and generosity! I was happy with my haircut and the stylist did her best to understand, and made a great effort with me. I appreciate it!

Great salon and the shining star is Hannah. I have been highlighting my hair for 20 years and I have finally found a colourist who has made my hair the colour of my dreams. Hannah really listens, obviously has had amazing training and clearly takes great pride in her work.

I cannot recommend her enough. Her skills with blonde hair is unparalleled. Just had my 3rd visit with her.
