I explained to sarah I wanted my hair shorter with layers, she envisioned it and told me she would cut a short layer of hair at the front so when I curl it it would flick out but Im a person that straightens my hair. My point is I did not get layers! They should give whatever you ask for, not how they want it. I think she needs more training if I’m gonna be honest. It is now the next morning and I realised I came out of the salon with a blunt straight cut hair(shorter) with no layers my hair feels the same except shorter. This is why you pay the extra for a better hairdresser. I won’t be returning again.

It is an amazing place for hair treatments. The staff is so polite and good and they also suggest what’s the product to get done according to your hair.

I visited the St Albans branch on the 6th of September and had a hair cut and style with Sarah. She is a lovely lady and I feel bad writing this but she butchered my hair. I went in with super long hair and showed her exactly how much to take off (approx. 6 cm), however she took off double that. My hair was all one length so I asked her to give me some long layers and she just gave me an terribly uneven layering in the front and a crooked straight cut at the back. She then proceeded to curl my hair, even though I had asked for it straight, and this managed to disguise the terrible haircut. I know it's only hair but it took me a long time to get my hair to the length it was and now I'm out of pocket having to go elsewhere and get it cut even shorter to fix it. I wish I read the last review before I went there as the exact same thing happened to me.

The best haircutting experience I've ever had. My hairdresser was Sarah and she gave me an absolutely perfect haircut! From what I saw whilst there, all of the hairdressers are incredibly skilled, and I'll definitely be going here again. Would highly recommend 👍

I got a haircut here for the first time and it’s one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. I had Eva as my hairdresser and she was chatty, supportive (in terms of understanding what I wanted/recommending new things) and of course very skilled!! I’m so so happy with my haircut - will definitely be coming back!

I have been visiting Sanrizz for over 6 years now and cannot recommend enough. Curly hair an be difficult to deal with but I come out with a top class cut and colour every time thanks to Sharon's combination of natural talent and attention to detail :) As a salon they are so innovative; always improving and updating their services with their finger on the pulse in terms of new trends and products in the hair industry. They have hosted some great events at the salon bringing in pros in hair, beauty and wellness to share their expertise. Looking forward to visiting again once restrictions are lifted!
