Absolutely AMAZING experience here today. For somebody that hasn’t stepped place in a hair salon for a decade, I will be leaving with a smile bigger than my face.
I was what you may call a ‘difficult customer’, with the intention of changing my boring black to something a lot more jazzy, and boy oh boy, that’s what I’m leaving with. After having a consultation as to how I must go forward, I’m now much more informed as to after care, and the way in which my hair should be style according to my face shape.

My daughter had been growing her hair long for two years and was excited about going to the salon this week. Sadly she left very disappointed. She felt Ben did not listen to her when she said she wanted an inch trim and cut off almost four inches. She said he was distracted and she did not feel he cared about her wishes.
