She was not happy at all.
Had to get another hairdressers to sort it out .

So happy to have our lovely local salon open again. The salon has had a makeover during lockdown and has a beautiful new calm vibe. Thanks as always to the wonderful staff for your time and care - felt very clean and safe during this period. And I have lovely hair again! 😊

I want to be constructive here as this is a local business. The salon needs a good clean and that filthy clock thing on the counter needs to go. You should also probably wear the mask without having to be asked. The lady who cut my hair was very nice, no complaints there, but this was the first time in my life I've had to cut my own hair when I got home from the hairdresser's because it was so obviously crooked, some bits didn't seem to have been cut at all, perhaps if you'd dried it even loosely or combed it out, you would have been able to see how terrible it was. You can't go on like this, I want you to do well but unfortunately I won't be giving you another go at my hair.

What a fantastic experience. I entered the salon with dull lank multi coloured hair and exited with a head of hair any Hollywood actress or catwalk model would have been proud of. Heather certainly knows her stuff and is good at it.
Staff were polite and welcoming, the salon was very clean and covid precautions were very good, with a pre prepared box for each client which contained everything needed to safely do their hair including a face covering.
I would definitely recommend HB Hair Studio.

Have been going to this salon for a while now, so glad it's back open and love the new decor. Always had great, professional, amazing hair cuts and colours here and excellent value. Best hairdresser in Streatham and I have tried most of them.

Best blow dry in London I've had. Really great skill and keeps for days.
