Outside the shop. Supposed to open at 9. It nearly 9:15 and shutters still down and lights off. Not a hairdresser in sight. Not the first time this has happened. I only came back so they undo the mess they left the last time I was here. Can't afford a decent hairdresser so have had to make do.... Although as no-one has bothered to turn up to work... I guess I'm gonna have find a different company.

I was served very fast. The manager did my hair, she was friendly, cut my hair exactly how I had asked her to, and did a really good job. I'm very happy with it, and the whole experience was rely good. Lovely head massage too. Will definitely go again.

I had a cut and blow dry by the manager of Supercuts, Lewisham. I haven't been to the hairdressers in quite a few years, since 2019, and have been chopping bits off myself. I've got thick, wiry, wild ginger/grey hair, and I was given a brilliant cut. I can honestly say it's probably the best haircut I have had in a long time. The manager was friendly, professional and very accommodating. (Sorry I didn't get your name.)
Fantastic hair cut. I would definitely recommend going to Supercuts Lewisham, and having hair done by the manager.

I went to get my hair cut with a friend my mates hair is to her bum and mine is just above my shoulders I got told for shorter hair u have to pay more!? I asked why and she said she don’t make the rules and this is what she’s been told even though I just wanted a trim with no blow dry I still spent 37 pounds as my friend with longer hair and a blow dry only spent 35?, after this I went back with a family member just to get a style done and for my family member to get there hair cut! They have now turned around and said for the same cut I had done a week ago for 37 is now 42 I question why the prices keep changing and the staff member informed me I had been over charged and it shouldn’t of happed? There no communication in this place and they make up prices as they go along.

It was absolute pleasure to have my hair cut at Lewisham supercut. The staff are warm and friendly. It was a walk-in experience. My hair looks very cute afterwards.

I had a new stylist, Liveth. She took so much care and trouble with my hair. The first acquaintance I saw on leaving the salon immediately paid me a compliment.

OK so you have to ignore the fact that the physical space looks like it needs a renovation because the people are lovely. Lalani was so sweet. Really made sure she knew what I wanted and kept checking in. You could see she really loved what she was doing and that just made me feel good. She also managed the perfect amount of silence and a little chat so I wasn't overwhelmed

All in I had one of the best cuts, a great experience and have now found my regular hairdresser. I'm writing this because I think people may be put off by the external appearances of the space and miss out on great service.

It was lovely being welcomed by such lovely and happy hairdresser when I arrived at the salon. I was then directed to sit in the waiting area. Although I wished the salon was covid secure, as I did not see any hand santiser upon arriving at the salong and believe this should be present right before you reach the reception desk. However despite the mix up with me and another client, where I got told to sit in the seat but later the hairdresser mixed me with another client so had to go back to the waiting area and wait for my hairdresser to finish another client before attending to me. The hairdresser apologises and it was nice. I think it's better to ask for the client name also rather than just the appointment time when the client arrives at the salon to help avoid confusion in future. Although it was much later I got seen by the hairdresser around 1pm, she was sincerely apologise which I was happy about. The hairdresser was very helpful in answering my questions about which shampoo to use on, and how to cut and dye my hair before proceeding. I was then sat on the chair, and the hairdresser proceed to cut my hair and dye my hair. Although I would have liked it really blonde than expected, it still turn out good. This is only because I did the coloured expressed package which doesn't do skin test so the hairdresser couldn't bleach my black hair and just use colouring and heating to dye it. Both hairdressers were so lovely at the salon and also can see that they were very hardworking despite having to attend to the phone and people arriving at the reception desk. I believe a receptionist should be required this salon as it prevents the hairdresser from leaving their clients just to answer the phone or people arriving at the reception desk. My hairdresser was very helpful in asking how I would like my highlight to be on my hair and even offered to place my stuff in the chair next to me. The hairdresser use the right amount of temperature when washing my hair however the water kept getting in my ear when she was washing my hair. So would have liked my ears not to be soaked with water. I proceed back to the chair where she cut my hair. Although I wished the black neck thingy she placed around my neck was santised before placing onto me and on top another client. This was just minor thing just because I felt a little bit uncomfortable that it was put on other clients neck but not santised when placed on mine. she proceeded to blow dry my hair, which a tad a bit hot so felt burning my hair when she was blow-drying my hair. She did a excellent job cutting my hair and blow-drying it. One minor note was I could see the back store of the salon when I was sat in the chair dying my hair with the heating on. I could see the full washing machine and Tumble dryer which I liked to not have seen as the door was wide open, so possibly a staff code on the door so this prevents clients from seeing the back stage of everything. Afterwards the hairdresser was helpful and kindly to take photos of my haircut and dye on my phone. And then went to the reception desk to pay for the service. I was gracefully greeted goodbye. The reason for three stars was because no hand santisering station at the salon before arriving at the reception, neck thing placed on clients not santised, seeing the back room in front view when the hairdresser was cutting and dying my hair and lastly a receptionist would have been better rather than the hairdresser having to leave their client to attend to people arriving at the salon and the telephone! A small suggestion would be to have a receptionist, staff code on the staff back room so clients don't see it in front view, and hand santising station at the salon.
