I got brow lamination and lvl lashes carried out by Alina. I'm so impressed by both the level of professionalism and expertise she had. I highly recommend this salon for beauty treatments and will definitely be visiting again!

Alina is very professional and friendly. I go to her for my bikini wax and wouldn’t go to anyone else now - she’s quick and thorough and makes you feel very comfortable.
Would highly recommend her for any waxing treatments.

Beautician ruined my eyebrows. She just kept repeating that she has just removed the extra hair and one of my eyebrows has become really thin and she cut my skin. The owner (I'm assuming since no one talked to me) didn't bother to step in or explain to me how my eyebrows turned out the way they did. No customer service just took the money and that's it. I almost felt like I was an inconvenience to them. Never going back!
Oh and she dropped wax on me while cleaning my upper lip, cleaned my clothes with oil. Did not bother to clean out the residual wax from my face, I can still taste it. Horrible waste of £13 and my eyebrows are destroyed!

I went for the pamper package yesterday and had a massage and a facial. It was amazing! The body massage was just the right pressure I requested, and the facial massage was something you usually never get at other salons. What can I say - my face looks younger, skin tighter and evenly toned today. I will be coming back for both - facials and body massage. Thank you!

I have been doing waxing with Alina for a while now and I will continue. Highly recommended, highly competent professional, will accommodate my chatty days and my quiet days turning my waxing appointments enjoyable and with great results. I've also done a facial (she recommended) this last appointment and it was great, my skin was glowing and I felt super relaxed after it!

Bad customer service. Gave me one estimate for cut and then increased it. I was then barked at for querying it. Given the economic climate this isn't helpful nor professional. Not even a sorry given
