I have been a loyal customer of Sara's hair for past 7 years because of their good customer service and good service quality.

I would personally recommend John for hair cuts.

It is reasonably priced and they maintain good hygiene standards.

It is close to Hounslow east station and walking distance from hounslow high street and bus garage.

This is my mum's default hairdressers, Sara's seems to get mixed reviews, we can't vouch for anything else but what she wants, a basic cut and trim, she gives it four stars it being the best of the establishments local to us. Prices are reasonable 10 to 15 pounds and everything is done with a minimum of mess and fuss.

I have been going to this Salon for the last 6 years. I’m not sure why there’s some negative comments regarding this salon. Val is amazing!!! She treats you with a lot of respect, does her job thoroughly and never rushes. I’ve never had any complaints! Their prices are very reasonable! I’m always satisfied after receiving a fantastic service!!! I will definately continue coming to this salon!!

Val is great at what she does. Always gives me what I want regarding a haircut and doesn't take more than what is needed. She is super friendly and always willing to help. Great location, great prices and hygienic. Highly recommended if you're looking to get a great haircut or a basic trim with a great blowout. I have also had some threading and waxing done here too in the past, also great.

Today was my first time at this salon. I went in for a "repair" hair cut (ie I'd gotten a pretty rubbish hair cut previously somewhere else that needed fixing). Val was brilliant, she understood exactly what I wanted and I am so pleased with the result. I'll be going back for sure.

Best Salon in Hounslow. Very good service, friendly staff and affordable prices. Never disappointed.

John is my regular hairdresser and he is absolutely fantastic, I would not trust anybody else with a pair of scissors on my hair. He knows what he is doing and has a wealth of experience

The worst Salon in the heart of Hounslow, tradings standard need to close this down! They don’t have a price list, charge £5 for eyebrows that she’s messed up.
For being exempt from wearing a mask I was punished to sit in a normal chair rather than the bed or eyebrow chair; whilst the lady does my eyebrows, the chair had no back or neck support (angry pregnant woman) - disgusting customer service! The staff obviously think they still live in India! - some one close to down you’ll be doing us all a favour
