I had a haircut there a few days ago and the hairdresser ( lady with short hair, who I believe is also the owner) could not do a basic haircut with layers! I had nice long hair, now it is short and shapeless. My hair has different length where it should be the same, unbelievable! I am embarrassed in having this cut on my head and I can't believe that a hairdresser can not provide its customers with a simple cut! Clearly she needs more training. Would not go there again even if it is close to me. There is just the two ladies working in the salon, they are not friendly or professionals at all. I am very disappointed and upset. Does not even deserve a star.

I went for manicure and pedicure, because it was local. I have had the worst experience ever. First they tell me to take off my shoes at the reception and tells me walk bare foot on the dirty floor to the pedicure chair. Also, after the pedicure was done, she made me walk bare foot with hairs on the floor to get my shoes. Then the lady who did my pedicure and manicure literally ruined my nails. It’s uneven and she cut it too short that can’t even file it properly. I pointed t to her a couple of times, but she couldn’t do anything. Aso I asked if you buff the nails, cuz she didn’t do it for my pedicure so I asked during manicure. She comes with the buff block and buffs with the filin part and ruining my nails! I will never go there even if it’s local and urge anyone to not go there as well.

My hair was so long and lovely 😢 my usual hairdresser was busy so I went for a trim and layers, she was supposed to cut a inch off my chest length hair and it’s now shoulder length on one side and chin length on the other side , looks un even and horrible my layers look like chunks just randomly chopped out everyone I’ve seen says how bad it looks. I should have learnt after my son went next door to the barbers and walked out like it had been cut by my 90 yr old blind grandmother! Worst experience EVER!!!!!!! My normal hairdresser has made good of a bad experience but one side is not correctable unless it’s all chopped off so now have to leave it to grow,, lesson learned I will never be going here again totally unprofessional

I went in for eye brow waxing. Lady did not ask what shape I wanted she just did her own thing. Also the waxing really hurt which I've never experienced before. I said I wanted them waxed not threaded yet she threaded them anyway. When she was finished she didn't put aloe on my brows nor did she brush off the loose hairs on my face until I asked for a cotton wool to do it my self. I told her I didn't like it the eye brows they were odd. I understand you can't get them both perfectly the same but one eye brow was thin and the other was thick. I expressed I didn't like it and she just stood there no apology!!! No offer for a discount or to not pay at all. I have never walked out of a salon crying before but today I did because they look horrendous that now I have to go to another salon and pay more money to have them fixed.

Never ever going again for anything.
