I have a black hair with some white roots so decided to have caramel balayage with Black hair. Sabina did the beautiful work on my hair. She was very careful we had the patch test and hair strand test to see how the color will turn up. I absolutely love the result.

I have never done any colouring to my hair but megan did a great job, ever so professional and let me feel relaxed and enjoy the whole experience. She was lovely to talk to and did such amazing job, the balayage colour and cut was beautiful and came out better than I was expecting. Thank you so much Megan!

One of the best Hair Salons in Hayes area, the staffs are very professional and experienced. Shanon did my haircut and it was really satisfactory.

Was refused service after booking an appointment.

I was told they don’t do skin fades and to go to a barber.

Big shame as I haven’t had this issue at any hair salon I’ve been to before.

All I needed was a line on either side of my head then 0.25 straight up and scissor work on top. Even supercuts have managed to do this for me?!

Truly disappointing service especially as they are walking distance from me and would like to support local businesses.

Staff is welcoming , place is nice and clean but I was there one time and Never will go again.
Wasting time and money £125.
She was in rush all the time , didn't colour hair nicely . In my opinion professional person couldn't do like that . I got hair colour from here . Such a bad experience for me .they cancelled two times appointments nd then didn’t refund. When I visited there for colour they even didn’t check I chosen blonde but they did dark brown colour with £ 125. I paid for highlights. But they did all dark brown hairs…. Didn’t listen to customer.and don’t know about customer service. When she done hair colour then hairs got too much dried. I didn’t get this bad service for my hair before. Please check once when you will visit there .

Susie did a wonderful job on my hair I am so happy would highly recommend. Good ppl and good vibes in the shop!!! Overall fantastic service defo returning.

I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. Worst hospitality ever. They give showing off appointments. Make you wait and comment on your face. And bizzare they thing is yet they expect to take there service. Waste of time. By their attitude it seems to be barber shop not salon or hairdresser. To the Receptionist, Knowing English isn’t enough have some politness.
