I walked in curious of the interior and I was greeted by the most warmest of staff. They were super helpful, booked me in straight away, made sure I had a coffee on arrival (which tasted great, and they had oat milk on the go) and I felt really comfortable. If was my first time using their service and Rosemary is an outstanding beautician. Extremely experienced, very positive and has a warm aura. I rarely go out of my way to write a review but the experience, service and staff were amazing, I will definitely be recommending to family and friends. :)

Do NOT ever go get your manicure at this place. I had quite long nails and asked the manicurist to shorten them but to watch out for my nail bed. Instead of cutting them at a reasonable length and filing the rest, she cut them maximally short and tried to file to give them an even shape. Not only did it hurt due to length but she also did it so incompetently that my nails looked as if a five-year-old tried to shape them. I had to tell her exactly what to do in order to try and save anything of my previously beautiful long nails. Nonetheless, she was so incompetent and it hurt so much (even leaving small injuries on my fingertips from all the filing so close to the skin) that I simply told her not to finish the service and left. I ended up going to another place at which I had to pay £60 to fix the damage done and where it caused shock to other manicurists that someone clearly so bad at their job can be allowed to hold it. As a warning to all who are considering this place for their manicure: DO. NOT. GO. I’ve been getting my nails done for 7 years and never have I encountered someone so clearly lacking skill to do the very basics of manicure.

I did Olaplex treatment and haircut with Laura, she did a great job and put extra effort to make sure I like the result, if you’re going for hairstyling I highly recommend her 👍🏻

This place is a gem! It’s gorgeous, friendly and well priced. The service was amazing, everyone went out of their way to me feel very welcome. The in-house coffee bar is a brilliant feature too. The place to go if you are in the area.

I had the most amazing experience getting my hair cut here. The staff were so welcoming and Danny did the most amazing job on my hair. I couldn’t be happier. Will 100% go again and bring all my family!!

Nice atmosphere and interior design, everyone is kind and friendly but my hairdresser seemed to have no idea how to do haircuts. It seemed like she had a pre-determined idea of how every haircut should look like and didn’t adapt at all to my hair type, head shape and my preferences that I stated several times but which were just ignored.

I feel so lucky to find Jack!. He transformed me in 2 hours with correcting the colour of my orange/blonde hair and with an amazing haircut. He is extremely talented, professional and friendly! Couldn't be happier! Highly recommend his services to anyone!
