Falsely advertise their deals. Shameful service. Was laughed at when questioning their online deal and why i was not being issued it. They stated the online deal was yet to be changed and refused to issue it. Felt very uncomfortable and they were rude and argumentative.This was my 2nd visit after 1 year and 4 months and i was told id visited within a year just so they dont have to issue me the offer online. I even showed my bank statements to prove id visited over a year ago and that i qualify for their returning clients 50% off wash cut and finish offer. I will be taking this up with trading standards. The Hair Sanctuary is the absolute must if you want a professional hair salon experience! From the moment you enter, to the moment you leave, you are treated like a V.I.P. I have been going to this salon now for over 12 years and would never go anywhere else. They have a very long list of returning clientele and many many people who like me have been going for years. The staff and management are professional, friendly and nothing is ever too much trouble. Please if you are thinking of trying it, just do it, you will not be disappointed. All the staff have been there for many years too, what does that say? Happy staff = happy salon = happy customers! Thanks again Hair Sanctuary and keep up the excellent work.

Absolutely cracking haircut at reasonable prices. The only drawback is parking! Leave some time to find a space.

I've been getting my haircut here for years and swear by it. Ted my stylist is top notch! All in all highly recommended.

Can’t comment on the hair services they offer but the receptionist might want to take a course in customer service. Rude.

Worse cut i have ever had the pplish man (i think had a drink before work) cut my hair at all different lengths, im sorry bur plwasw don't go to this saloon
