So looking forward to going here with a £60 voucher I had been given as a present. Biggest disappointment ever. Salon empty and very small and cramped inside. Deadly silence on arrival, no background music and no other customers. Met by sullen miserable lady who was off hand and unfriendly. Considering my hair is past my waist was in and out in 35 minutes. Not offered a drink or any conversation, an embarrassing silence. I know Covid and other infections are still around but plastic cups can be used if that is a worry. For £60 she could have made an attempt at conversation. Actually found this a cramped space and old fashioned. Nothing to recommend it. Would never go there again, advise any one else the same. A strange experience. Please dont waste your money there.

Caroline is fabulous. She really listened to my hair goals, talked through my options at my first appointment to get me started on growing out my curls. At my recent appointment she kept the length and reshaped my curls to perfection. Possibly the only stylist to ever do exactly what I wanted. So happy with the results.

Just the best! Steve has been cutting my hair for years and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. The salon has a fun friendly atmosphere. Steve’s never afraid to mix it up after all these years… both cut and colour! Definitely would recommend to any one!

For the past couple of years I’ve struggled to find someone who will cut my hair how I want it. I visited Toni & Guy today and was met by Steve who re-styled my hair. He did an amazing job and cut my hair with confidence and clearly knows his stuff and is very talented. I went with a wolf cut 😊 He also gives very good hair care advice. I will be returning in a few weeks to get the colour done and I’m sure I’ll be returning again and again. The salon on the ground floor seems a bit small, but the seats are very comfortable (which matters a lot when you’re sitting in the same place for a couple of hours) and they open the upstairs salon when it gets busy... It’s a friendly and welcoming place, all the staff seemed nice. It’s not “stuck up” like some salons are.

The hairdresser was lovely, i cant remember her name but she was from Ukraine. My hair looks amazing now thankyou!

Hair cut really professionall, however, the salon was very cold indeed, not a warm salon ,I noticed a tiny tiny heater in the salon and even the hairdresser student was hovering over it to keep warm which did not help the salon very much as the heat was being blocked! Perhaps I will try again in the summer. But shall not be going back in winter.
