I really want to love this salon. Unfortunately I have been here 5/6 times and only one time did I have a positive experience. Negative experiences including leaving hair dye on too long leaving my roots black and the rest of my hair a different colour, being rough with my hair leading to it being pulled out, different stylists doing my hair when I’ve booked a specific staff member, and one time a staff member scratched my face twice when blowdrying my hair.

The Barnabys salon and all staff there are above exceptional. From the warm welcoming at the door to the last touches the place is run my very skilled and talented staff. I'm a returning customer and Vesi and her team have been looking after me for years. My hair always looks fantastic after a visit and most importantly they do listen to what the customer wants and provide the best advice around suitable hairstyles and colour match to each individual.

This is the best hair salon I’ve been. The hairdresser are amazing, my blonde have never been in better condition and the colour it’s just amazing. Highly recommended!

I had a Balayage done by Vesi and the result is stunning hair ,the most important for me is healthy hair as well as the same time as great result and I have it both in Barnaby’s.
The girls are so lovely and welcoming,that once you have a cup of coffee you can sit and feel spoiled.

Poor keratin product - I did a keratin treatment here and apart from the fact that this product gave me massive amounts of dandruff like I’ve never experienced before, it also only lasted 2 months. Avoid!!
