I tried this salon out as my usual hairdresser had moved away, and they had a walk in service. The only professional person in this place was the young assistant who brought me some water. I was asking for thinner hair on the ends as it is thick and often goes bushy. One 'stylist' told me I was crazy for wanting thin hair and that it would look awful, despite that being the thing I normally get, you know, to thin out my really thick hair... I was getting frustrated and just paid so I could leave, still not happy with my hair. Looked at my bank statement today and they had named the transaction 'crazy hair'. I've known children more professional than this salon. If you want a simple straight cut or wash, they might be able to manage it, but don't expect any decent styling to come from this place.

I asked for my hair to be cut so it was sitting on my shoulders but she cut it 2 inches higher and I also asked for curtain bangs but they was cut so short It looks so silly, I even showed her a picture of what I wanted an it looks nothing like it, honestly I feel so ugly with my hair like this super disappointed, here is some pictures of my horrible hair cut and what I asked for and did not get

I use Deb who does amazing colour. Always happy with my haircut, go in every 4/5 weeks and would happily recommend her.

Staff are treated like dirt. One girl sacked after 3 days because she couldn't do a job that they had NOT trained her to do. Avoid at all costs.
