I travel a lot and always seek out an Aveda salon. This small, pretty Aveda salon (formerly called Mowgli) has fit the bill, and I've had single process colour, highlights, and many blow outs here from extremely good people (and I am picky). Staff is pleasant, shampoos are thorough, location is on a charming street with good restaurants and shops nearby. Highly recommend.

Excellent - last minute no booking fitted me in and great wash and haircut. Very nice people.

Lisa gave me a great cut while I was visiting London from the US. Everyone was super friendly and this was easily the nicest Aveda salon I've been to. Fantastic service and thrilled with my cut.

Gary Ingram do colour extremely well - they have always adjusted to my needs and my hair is still undamaged despite lightening. Would recommend to everyone. Really exceptional hairdressers at the salon.

My daughter got her haircut here and came home in tears. Even if she didn’t quite explain what she wanted correctly the hairdresser cut terrible mid length bangs…not short enough to be bangs but not long enough to tuck behind her ear. And they are thick, cut a huge amount instead of just a little on each side for layers. Will never go back.

I have had a hair cut by Maria? (the Italian one-sorry I forgot her name 😔) she was so sweet and comforted me about my hair. Oh fyi, they have a handsome director 😄

The staff from the front of the door to the hairdressers are all incredibly kind.

Fantastic service overall.

I came in for a balayage refresh and roots 3 weeks ago and am dismayed with the results. My hair is now brittle, dry, and I have had significant hair loss. The top of my head is covered in broken hairs which stand up. I have never had such experience getting my hair colored. Not to mention that the shade of my balayage is much much lighter than planned- practically blond.
During the appointment, I had balayage tint on my hair for over 2 hours, and what was supposed to be a 5 minute toner treatment became a 20 minute treatment, evidently to hide that the shade of the balayage had become too light. When I inquired the specialist about this, she assured me the shade would be as planned and dismissively said I could come back for another toner treatment ( paid ) if needed.
I am dismayed with the outcome and it will now take months - and a lot of money, to get my hair back to where it was. As the days pass, my hair is becoming increasingly dry, brittle and broken. Whether this is a result of neglect in terms of leaving the products for too long, or quality of product, or both, this is unacceptable. I will never go back to this salon.
