Literally amazing salon, extremely friendly staff couldn't fault any of them. Polite receptionist gave me great advice and managed to book me immediately as I was having an extremely bad hair day, I was so embarrassed with what I had done to my hair but all the staff were very nice and very down to earth which made me relax. I have to give a massive thank you to the professional Caraleigh who fixed my hair and helped me feel comfortable throughout the 3hour experience as I had to have a lot done. I was asked often by a few of the girls if I wanted anything to drink which was really nice , it felt like everyone was looking after me. I also had a different girl who washed my hair (Lilly) she was very good she took her time to massage my head and ensured that I was happy with the pressure and water temperature, I could have fallen asleep. I cannot wait to go back, I really would recommend this salon to all my close friends and family members.

I had an appointment with Joanne.
She was a lovely hairdresser who looked after me.
I initially wanted to lighten my hair but was advised I needed to wait and treat my hair for a few months to not damage my hair. I was very happy with this as they could have done what I requested and got more money but she put my hair before their profit.
I ended up having a gloss colour and trim. Very happy with the outcome.
Will definitely be back.

She really is amazing. My hair looks and feel flawless. I can't recommend Caraleigh and her colleague Flow enough. Both are so humble and talented, gives best advices and listen to what you want to have done, makes you feel like a princess every time you walk out of their Rush Salon as it made me feel that way.
Thanks so very much and I will definitely be coming back.
Their managers should be so lucky and proud having such talents as staff.

The staff were polite but I came away very disappointed with my cut and the extortionate charge for a 2 minute treatment. The stylist didn't seem to listen to me about my hair or the style I wanted. I think she saw an older lady and decided a bog standard bob was all she needed to do. Not at all the same level of customer care as the Moorgate branch. I came away feeling dowdy and every day of my mature age. I won't be going back.

Michael Rackett has been doing my hair for years and I’d thoroughly recommend him. But he went above and beyond recently when I was in an accident which resulted in serious burns and injuries including to to my neck and upper back. It had made me very apprehensive about getting my haircut but he was kind, empathetic and put me totally at ease. He listened to my concerns and took a number of precautions to make sure I was comfortable the whole time. Huge thanks, Michael!

I had a balayage done by Michael R. A few weeks ago. I showed a picture of a natural ashy Blonde blended balayage that started mid length. I specifically asked before going ahead that I didn’t want to end up with brassy orange hair - and would rather not go ahead if that was the case. Not only did I leave with brassy hair but he also highlighted my hair from near enough my roots! And it was not natural at all soo much coloured strips in comparison to the photo. He said himself towards the end it’s better to do more as you can always take away some that add! What he didn’t say was that you had to pay extra to have it taken away and he’d already done it at this point. I came back a couple of days later to have it fixed as in the natural light it was so much worse and the woman who did a correcting toner literally though I had had highlights done which proved the point further. Was then told I would be contacted on the weekend when Michael was in to have the proper correction done - needless to say have never had a call back - had to use a dark brown box for to cover all the orange streaks. Wouldn’t recommend

I am not one to write reviews very often unless I am over the moon with my results, so I would like to leave a message for Chellse - thank you so much for the wonderful work you did I love my haircut. And best of all, I know I can always depend on walking out after you have done my hair as I am always feeling and looking my best. You are an absolute star and have transformed my hair from something I disliked to something I absolutely loved.

They won't have time to cut your hair if you are not satisfied to the length of your hairstyle. Their suggestion is , make appointment for another time, they haven't got the time to style it again. First time I have been to a haircut where the I didn't get what I needed. Won't visit again.
