One star is too much. If you want to be disrespected, ignored, be forced into paid extras after pointless discussions and look like a chipmunk with the highlights they are doing: This is your salon. I have never been treated like this and am shocked from this nightmare at the alleged "Premier Hair Salon" in 2022. My hairdresser was on top very pregnant, so I still have a guilty conscience! Thank you & all the best, you will need it.

I actually never ended up getting any service or haircut from this salon, so it feels weird to give a one star. I ended up rating this one star because I could never actually secure any appointment. I got a voucher from groupon and spent 5 days trying to get an appointment. They either wouldn't reply my phone calls or they would answer and take my details for a same day call back, but then never would call again. It's annoying when you work 5 days a week to constantly watch your phone at work for a call back that never comes. I needed this appointment for an event i was going to this week so couldn't wait any longer and requested a refund from groupon. It was a waste of my time and pretty dismissive to constantly be told they'd call me back, instead of just putting my name down for an appointment... never again.

BRILLIANT AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICE
I have been going to this salon for the past 6 months and travel a good distance to go here. They are extremely professional and Olga is just an amazing stylist and colour technician who is able to cut your hair and you are then able to style and manage it at home yourself. AMAZING service friendly and a must for anyone who is thinking about trying out this very unique salon.

Absolutely lovely! I got a full hair highlights, toner, conditioning treatment and a cut by Olga, premium service, 100%% recommend. Staff is very friendly, booked me in right away, served me coffee, biscuit and even pizza!!! Really professional and great people, I’m super happy with my hair. You will not regret to do your hair at Passion Hair!

Would not recommend this place to anyone. Booked via Groupon so they continuously try to up sell everything to you even if you paid for a full package already. I booked months in advance a week before an important wedding so my hair would be done for the event. I traveled far to the salon for them to refuse to serve me - even though I informed them of my event and how important my hair needed to be done in time. This meant I wasted several hours and extremely short notice to find a replacement salon who could style my hair! Avoid at all costs

The ladies here are incredible. They know colours and have excellent products. You will leave the saline feeling like your hair is soft as a feather.

Olga is very accommodating, she checked with me along the way and she does the best head massage.

Visited the salon today after seeing they had good offers advertised on the website and seemed really professional and high end, just to experience a 6 hour disaster. I would never usually go out of my way to write a bad review but I am still traumatised over the mockery they made of my hair. I arrived there on time just to be seen by OLGA the hairdresser 2 hours after my appointment as she started taking other clients who came for services which required less time than mine. When I finally sat down with OLGA she thought it was okay to run back and forth between doing mine and the other customers hair when they literally had 3 other stylists working in the shop, leaving bleach on my hair, completely neglecting me then going to her, then doing the same to the other customer. Long story short,
dont waste your money or your time! They will try and charge you for the littlest thing that comes as standard
when you get your hair done. Very rude staff in the place especially OLGA who is not clear about the prices with 0 customer service skills.
She had the nerve of asking me to pay extra for a
basic blow dry nothing fancy which firstly comes as standard as they cannot allow customers to leave with wet hair.

Would not recommend this place to anyone. Booked via treatwell so they continuously tried to up sell everything to me even though I paid for a full package already. Constantly complained about how they have to pay commission to treatwell, so to pay with cash next time which I thought was complete nonsense
