Topsy Turvy

Was absolutely thrilled by Rihanna’s service and the colour was absolutely amazing and just how I wanted it to be! She was so thoughtful with everything as it was the final colour before my wedding day. Absolutely stunned with the results. Thank you also to Diane for squeezing me in so quickly. After years hunting for the right hairdresser I won’t be going anywhere else! X

The hair dresser was really nice but had been given me after another lady called in sick she couldn't fit me in till an hour after my original appointment time which I wasn't told until she sat me down I did talk to the man who owned the salon a few times an he just kept saying the original lady was running behind by 10 mins
The strand test I had done on the day I booked had gone missing so another needed to be done before the hairdresser could begin on my hair
I'm a natural ginger wanting to go blond an was told best way was to do highlights to lighten my hair an then after a few more trips I would be blond as they said they couldn't guarantee it wouldn't look patchy so I agreed but feel after the colour from the highlights an my natural colour which I hated but didn't want to say anything as had been in the chair 4 hours at this point the hairdresser did a really good job with the cut and the style I love it very much just wasn't happy about the colour and ended up bleaching my hair completely later that day
I guess what I'm saying is good for cuts and styling but if you have a difficult hair colour like my ginger don't expect a miracle

Got my hair done by Elise a few days ago and I couldn’t be happier. She’s done my hair before, and it always comes out amazing. I never really know what I want, but she completely understands me, and my hair has never looked better! She is also very nice and answers all of my questions, explaining things so I would feel completely comfortable. The service there is always very on time and the staff is very friendly.

Wonderful experience :) My hairdresser Morley was professional, welcoming, friendly and well skilled. Not cutting corners! I'm happy with results and would definitely recommend her for anyone who would like to get good results and friendly atmosphere 😊

The lady that done my mum's hair was lovely, but the boss one of the rudest person I've ever seen in my life. He was so nice with an English man waiting outside, but he treated me, foreign as if I was a piece of nothing. He charged my mum (cut/was and blow dry) £45.00, she has got short hair, they charged me the same amount back in December and I've got long hair!

I had highlights by an inexperience girl but charged as if I was done by a senior stylist. Results were extremely poor, not only on highlights but also on toner and hair cut. My hair is black and I've been having highlights for over 25 years but I've never had such a terrible experience before. My hair got bleached to the max ended up completely white and after 1 week started to break badly. They also don't listen to you, they just do what they please including the owner. Stay away from this salon!!
