I went to get a wash and cut and I don't usually go to this salon but I went there for the first time and I loved the experience. The staff were super nice and friendly, they washed my hair nicely and they cut the amount I wanted all for a great price. Would definitely recommend this!

Always go here for eyebrow threading and tint by Lily, she is amazing and so reasonable. Also had wash, cut & blow dry and so pleased. Mira the hairdresser knows her stuff, I was so pleased with my hair. Would definitely recommend this place.

Really upset today after having a full face & eyebrow wax. The lady left me with one really thin eyebrow, thinner then the other. When I said I wasn't happy & that she took to much off leaving them not even the lady replied "It's ok you can use a eyebrow pencil & went to use hers to fill it in. I've never used eyebrow pencils & should not have to start because she messed up.
My daughter also had her eyebrows waxed & she has cut a chunk out of one of hers.
Then to top it like an idiot I still paid & she tried short changing me £10.
I have been previously a few times and it's been ok but this time has left me & My daughter feeling very conscious & sadly not wanting to go back.

I was in the salon today and Ferry did my eyebrows and upper lip amazingly. It was a beautiful design and now my eyebrows suit my face and has made me even prettier. I have already gotten many compliments on them thanks to Ferry’s amazing service. She is also a very sweet caring person. Offered me help and I felt no pain during the whole experience. 5 stars and I wish I could give more. The owner of the salon was also very polite.

Today I popped by to this little gem of a place and the owner and two ladies in there were so friendly and kind they fit me in and the lady cut my hair exactly as I needed it done and did an amazing job and it was a pleasure to visit :) I will be back again soon *****

For a rather hefty price, they will gladly screw your hair badly. I hate my haircut so much and when they blow my hair, they used the hottest setting possible and did not care for any heat damage. I wish I was reimbursed instead of having to pay for such garbage.

In terms of cleanliness, I would say it is pretty average. The craftsmanship of this hairdresser is terrible, so I don’t recommend most people to go to this place unless it’s the last choice.

So I asked for a hair cut with layers just above my shoulder to level out the hair that was broken from bleach. Left it unto the hair dresser to do the layers just so it looks good... the hair at the front of my head is cut right unto my ear and the back is left to my shoulder. IT LOOKS LIKE A MULLET WHICH I DID NOT ASK FOR. Had to tell the lady to stop cutting as she was about to cut all of my hair off. IT LOOKS REALLY BAD!!! Cannot put it up or hide it. It will stay with me for a few months until it grows out and it looks terrible. People have laughed and stared at this haircut. Right side is longer than left side and it looks like a toddler cut it. It is cheap service but at what cost? Came out of the salon crying and continued to cry at home for another hour. Never coming back again.
