Worst attempt at a haircut… EVER!
If you aren’t able to cut mens hair, please stop winging it and using paying clients as an experimental training session.
I asked for a fade on the sides, 1 into a 2.
After trying to do this with scissors, I had to correct the member of staff and reiterate what I wanted.
She then proceeded to struggle with the guard numbers and at one point the guard fell off the clippers when she was doing the back of my head.
The resulting ‘finished cut’ is worse than I’d received from unqualified family members during lockdown.
No fading, no blending, nothing. Not even symmetrical.
Shocking!
Oh, and they have the audacity to charge £42!!
I went into central London the next day and found a decent barber that could fix it for me.
Do not visit here if you’re looking for a short haircut!

Fab salon, love this place. Lauren is amazing at colouring hair, she smashes the colour every time! My wedding hair was the perfect colour thanks to her! It’s rare to find a good colourist but she is brilliant. Always treated really well at this salon, they can’t do enough for you.

I’ve been coming here for a while and had various stylists over the years. They’ve all been so friendly and helpful in making sure I’m getting the look/style I want. My regular stylist now is Lauren, who is nothing short of brilliant…she takes time to talk through options, allay my fears of new cuts and colours, and really think about what works for me as an individual. I trust her completely to be honest about what will and won’t work and how to achieve it. Also super bubbly and friendly and we have great chats! Definitely recommend the salon and Lauren especially :)

I highly recommend rush Ealing I have been going there for years now. Lucy is absolutely brilliant the colour and cut is fantastic. She takes her time and gives great advice on what she thinks is best for my hair. Absolutely love my hair I would defiantly recommend going there.

Rush Hair in Ealing really are the experts when it comes to hair colouring. The quality of the colour is so good and lasts a long time. After a proper consultation with the stylist, the colour is mixed and tailored to exactly how you want it. All staff are very friendly and welcoming. They do not try and sell you overpriced hair products which you don't need or want. I come back year after year to get my hair coloured here. I highly recommend this salon for hair colouring.

Dee Best hair dresser for blond hair ! Literally came in not knowing what I wanted .. she gave me 30min consultation really took her time, to understand what I wanted, given me few suggestions. I was really happy with the colour best colour I had in while. If you wanna go blond or your blond hair is growing out or looks brittle she’s the best person for it !!! She was recommended to me by my colleague. Literally don’t regret it.

Lucy did my hair colouring, treatment and cut, with the assistance of a lovely trainee for hair washing. I was really happy with the colour, condition and style of my hair afterwards. As always, Lucy was friendly, professional and I felt well looked after. Highest standards of service and I would recommend the Ealing salon. I've been a happy customer for over 10 years. Thank you!

I used to use this rush but I won't be returning. My hair stylist was lovely and did an amazing cut and colour however when I had my fringe put back in, they told me to come in when I wanted to get it trimmed, no mention of charging after a length of time. I went in today to get my fridge cut and the reception was rude. Her very words were 'what did you expect to just get your fridge but whenever you wanted?'. They charged me £15 but to cut a few cm's off. Compared to Headmasters next door that charges £5 for a fringe cut if you are not a client.

For context, my last cut was July. Not even 6 months ago. When you charge £300+ for a cut and colour, it's not something I can do often.

I won't be returning to Rush and will be taking my business else. Very disappointed and gutted to be leaving the amazing hair stylists. It's a shame your front of house team are rude.
