I've been a happy customer for many years. I always find the staff extremely professional & warm, & importantly they offer a wide range of beauty treatments. I regularly visit for waxing, nails & pedicures & am consistently thrilled with the results. Highly recommend

The price was more than reasonable. The polish still hasn't chipped and looks really good. The pedicure itself was great and I have had lasting results.

Best hairdresser & beauty salon around. From long curly to short hair, simple colour to full subtle highlights passing by mani, pedi or full body work, you just can't go wrong. Staff is friendly & efficient. Also great choice of hair products. If you're not sure just ask them. Have been going for +15 years . 10/10.

Jasmine did an amazing job on my haircut. She was patient, sweet and gained a clear understanding of what I would like and executed it really well.

The stylist was great & well-behaved, and I really loved my hair after it was done.
However, I wish the other staffs clean their own floors with a brush and dustpan, instead of using a blow dryer, because all the dust and other customer's dirt and already cut hairs were blowed from the ground to the air and flied on my lap, gone inside my bag, on my hot drink, and on my wet hair.. I think it's not hygienic to use a "blow dryer" as a cleaning tool in the salon... it will not collect the hairs, but spreading them around.
Plus, not so important but worth mentioning, there is a poor signal inside (towards back) the salon, and their wifi is down, but no one shared the wifi password with me at least to give the chance to try.
I would give 5 starts for my stylist's service, but I will deduct 3 points for these issues, as there is still a room for improvement.

Started going to Nora about 2 years ago. ALWAYS go back. Always have a laugh and a joke and shes never failed to deliver on my hair! Can't recommend her enough!

Update - The salon called to invite me back to try and fix it, and Taylor has done a fab job ! She took the time to discuss what I was unhappy about and made some suggestions that worked perfectly. She addressed all of my previous grievances and gave me the experience I was after. I love my hair now. Thank youuuuu!

I went in for a balayage a few days ago, I am not sure how I feel about it yet because it's been overtoned so much that it's very dark at the ends so I can't see the highlights. Firstly, I was initially told it was going to be about 2 hours, which I doubted anyway, it took 3 and a half hours including a rushed blow dry because I did say I had to leave as I had plans. I would have preferred if it was toned properly and had just a rough dry instead of doing both very poorly. My stylist was nice enough and provided the service requested but nothing more, didn't try to be pleasant or to chat or even check if he was pulling my hair too much, which he definitely was, or if the water temperature was right etc. Other stylists were very nice to their customers, chatting and getting a nice hair massage, I don't believe I even had conditioner put in my hair or even washed properly because it felt like there was still colour left in it, I couldn't run my hand through my hair. The colour is uneven at the moment, I am waiting to see what's left after a couple of washes but I wasn't very impressed and before you are told to trust only Treatwell score, the appointment was booked in person not through the app.
