Lyn is a very experienced hairdresser and I've been having haircuts at her salons for years.
She takes time to discuss your hairstyle and makes suggestions when appropriate. I always leave the salon satisfied and she always makes sure I don't leave her place with dripping wet hair, even if I go for only a cut, very much appreciated. Thank you Lyn and the team

Waited 25 mins and no apology instead she man handled my short thinning hair and cut was over in 4 mins

I was charged £25 for a dry cut but was quoted £18 or a max of £20 depending on length and volume ( I have short thinning hair) so can't work out how it got to £25!!

Was hoping this salon could be my regular but will not be returning nor recommending business.

Have been visiting Dozo for many years now and cannot speak more highly of there professionalism.
My hair is always cut just how I like and we always discuss maybe a change if needed. I never leave with hair cuttings over me or a wet neck like some of my previous hair cut experiences.

Today I have the best experience getting a best haircut in a longtime. I checked the rating and reviews of Dozo and thought of giving it a try and that was the best decision I made this year. The staff at Dozo was very nice. Then Lyn... She has magic in her hands. She knew exactly what I want and delivered it spot on. The best haircut I got I felt so beautiful. I recommend them for their best in class service. One happy customer 😊

Lynn what can I say . Your professionalism and experience shone . I came In just browsing and was given a sit down assessment of what my hair needed and how to proceed with my dry damaged hair . Lynn advised me to change the color so it looked healthier and what products to use . My hair looks so much healthier and shiny . Even when Lynn was applying the dye I could see she was covering every inch of my hair thoroughly ! Previously I have paid less and ended up with mediocre color and cut . I will definitely use Dojos again and have been reccomending to all . Lynn you have a beauty which radiates and your love for your work is reflected in the time and effort you put in . I was charged £40 for wash cut and blow dry. First of all they chop my hair with straight cut and then wash and they used straightener and when I asked that I am paying for full blow dry. The lady said this will look better on you .i travelled to see my sister but thought let's give a try for short hair. I really felt that I have been robbed, I was there for about half an hour and spent £40 .they should perform the service what they are charging for. I can use straightener at home by myself but I came to salon for blow dry. Not value for money. Give yourself favour just chop for hair off at home if you have long hair. Really disappointed.

Absolutely not gonna get disappointed! I had my perm done last week and I'm super happy with the result. Linh and the other hairdresser are friendly and professional. Definitely will come back again for the next haircut.
