TONI&GUY

I’ve been coming to Toni & Guy for the past 5 years and the experience I had yesterday was just not up to the standards that this company state they have.
I booked online for 5:00pm. When I went in I was only spoken to at 5:45pm without any conversation whatsoever.
What I asked for and what I had received are two different things. Will not be returning.
Girls screaming and acting very unprofessional, again just not the standards of Toni & Guy.

Never again will I be using Toni & Guy. I booked a £200 appointment, and was treated like an inconvenience, the hairdresser had no want to do my hair and I left the salon with nothing done.
Really poor customer service and not what you expect from a brand like Toni & Guy!

Unfortunately I was not able to attend an appointment today due to having Covid. I gave 3 hours notice and having been going for a number of years knew I would rebook. BUT they took £30 cancellation fee from my card even though this is NOT a cancellation, it is a postponement!! Why on earth would any of their customers want to return after having paid £30 for nothing only to then return and pay an extra £50 for a trim! It is completely unfair and wrong.
I did complain only to be told I agreed to their terms and conditions....blah..
Very unsympathetic when you are feeling ill. It would have been more cost effective for me to just go to the appointment and pass on Covid.

Holly did a wonderful job with my balayage and blow-dry. She's friendly, professional and very skilled. Thank you!

Had my hair cut and styled by Izzy and she did an amazing job. Super friendly and all round good experience.

Izzy is, and always has been a fantastic hairdresser! She always does my colour and cut perfectly and she also cuts my children’s hair. We all have lots of thick difficult to manage hair which she tames beautifully.

Kirsty did a great job on my hair, as always! I’m really happy with my highlights. She always takes her time over them.

The salon is very clean and bright but exceptionally cold and I wish I had left my coat on. It was colder in the salon than outside and it took me ages to get warm again. This certainly took the enjoyment out of my visit.
