I have been using Destiny for around three years now. The team are fantastic and I always receive great advice on hair care and maintenance. Lovely friendly team can't fault them.

By far my favourite hairdresser that I have been to, my hair is always cut and coloured exactly as I would like it by happy and friendly staff. I now travel specifically from London to get it done here as they do it so well!

Wonderful team who really listen and care about getting things the way you want them. The wash house experience is also really relaxing and very affordable at £11! Hair wash and treatment while relaxing in a massage chair 😊

The ladies her work here are very professional, kind and polite. My daughter was treated as a little lady and not just as a kid. Hannah was fantastic with her. My stylist did exactly what I asked for. A little bit pricey.

I have never previously had a bad experience with this hairdressers they are usually very professional, but I never usually get my hair dyed with them... yesterday I had a horrible experience. First it took so long to complete a head of foils that the first area of my head had bleach on it for over an hour and half, fortunately it only damaged the ends of my hair but I really think they should have checked the first section after 50 minutes, it was only when I expressed my concern about damaging my hair the stylist decided to check and remove the foils. I had spent the last 8 months growing out a very short bob which was now down to my collar bone, I asked for the front to be kept the same length and for the back to be cut shorter at my shoulders in A line, to my dispair the stylist lopped off both the front and back so it was practically all the same length, undoing all that growth I had worked hard to achieve, I expect because it was damaged from the bleach. When I expressed how upset I was about the cut and colour the stylist responded "oh I'm sorry you feel that way" The colour was awful and very brassy which the manager offered to rebook and do a colour correction after I had done a patch test and then attempted to correct my cut to make me happier. When I got home I realised I could not even put my hair up to hide my hair cut because I had such bad tiger stripes throughout one side of my hair, at that point I decided to correct the colour myself and not wait for my next appointment. The only reason I am giving 3 stars is because the manager was very nice and did her best to make up for the bad situation, she gave me some shampoo to help tone the colour down, and she did not charge me for anything and offered colour correction, but I am still very upset about what happened. At least now I have corrected it myself I can still just about tie it up and start the long growing out process all over again.
