My partner and I have had our hair done by Gemma, sarah and the team for many years now. I've always had a warm welcome, a warmer cup of coffee, and a hot new look when i leave. Top marks

Very dissapointed. Came in for cut colour 9 hours later I had to return to get more treatment done the next day and it wasn't how I wanted it costing me £80 and that was for a trainee with help from manager. Over priced. Rude never again Also filthy place offered me a drink with hair floating in it. Which I understand its a hairdressers but when your the only one in there its a bit different.

I've been going to Ultima for years, Gemma is my hairdresser she is amazing, there is always a lovely warm welcome from very friendly staff, the salon has been revamped not long ago it's made it one of the best salons I've been to I will be going for many more years to come........

I had my hair done at ultimate last week, half a head of foils which I have to say I am really pleased with I also had a fringe put in again very happy. This was with a new member of staff, Charlotte. The reason for only 3 stars is the professionalism or lack of, I understand hairdressers and people in general can be loud, eccentric and outgoing but it was a bit much. Whilst in my appointment she was very loud, running about and not at all professional. When my colour was on I wasn’t offered a magazine and was just left sat there. Also there was talk in the salon regarding other staff that have now left again unprofessional. A shame because my hairs lovely, but I’m put off with the rest and feel uncomfortable.

I had my hair coloured by Charlotte and she met the expectations. Even that I had my hair made platinum after coloring they were still soft and shiny. Price very reasonable and other ladies bubbly and friendly. Will be coming back 😊

Great salon. Brilliant staff who listen to what you want. They follow all covid infection control guidelines & make you feel safe and confident. Would definitely recommend them.

Charlotte was fantastic, she talked me out of going grey gracefully & did an amazing job turning my ageing long hair into a pink & purple masterpiece. It looks fantastic & the condition is feeling great
