My 74 year old mum was a regular there for years. Last week she got her appointment time wrong and her stylist(Maria) was incredibly rude to her. Very abrasive and then turned her back on her. My mum was very upset for a couple of days after that. She will not be returning!

Not friendly staff .. I know is coronavirus but staff is very no sympathy... I went just about my hair and they told me I must call... but I was in that place walking 20 min ... disappointed
