Had an atrocious haircut here circa November 2017. And visited to try and get my roots bleached circa 2015.

The review I originally wrote for this salon was so long it exceeded the character limit on Google reviews.

This salon is ideal for old ladies, where they probably feel as if this very clinical, boring and (quite frankly) incredibly unexperimental salon is luxury. It is not.

The manager is incredibly arrogant, as are many of the older reception staff. The younger staff are far more polite.

The salon clearly does not deal or pay attention to recent hair trends, as the cut I wanted (a lob) turned out horribly - so horribly that I burst into tears after getting home and viewing the cut.

After visiting my regulars in London, they confirmed my haircut was an absolute mess.

Will never return to this pretentious place. (Tried to upload pictures but they won’t upload. Will try again in future.)

This is the nicest hair salon that I have used. I have been coming regularly to Sarah for the last 9 years and am always impressed by the professional attitude of the staff. Without exception, everyone is so knowledgeable and thoughtful, and I am delighted with the cutting and colouring which Sarah does. I came in today and cannot thank the salon enough for the thoughtful way they have solved the social distancing required. I felt very confident that they were doing everything necessary without ruining the enjoyment of a hair appointment.

This morning I had my first hair cut since lockdown. I felt very safe and the attention of the staff is just as good even though they are having to pay so much attention to the cleanliness and safety of us all.
Great haircut as always the best hairdresser in town. I highly recommend this salon.

I don’t visit hairdressers very often but after using klickers today I will definitely be making it a more regular experience, Sarah thank you for my fabulous new hair design don’t think I’ve ever left a hair salon feeling so happy with my cut thank you

Really Happy with Haircut; Staff very polite and friendly; attentive to your requirements & advise when needed. Staff really looked after my daughter the first time she went for a haircut by herself, so a Massive Thank you for that! Salon very clean & comfortable & offer a variety of services. I am new to the area & Klickers was recommended to me as the place to go after I had a not so good haircut. I am now happy to say I don’t have to look for another hairdresser as I love how it’s been cut & I was shown properly how to style it. I have cropped hair & I always struggle to get what I’m looking for but not this time.
Everyone I dealt with was professional, the place was spotlessly clean & very COVID secure.

Had my appointment today with Diana for cut and blowdry. I'm super happy with my new hair ❤ Amazing job she did and also young lady who washed hair was super sweet and nice, unfortunately l didn't cought her name:/ I'm definitely going back there 😁👌

Really lovely experience every time. Staff are attentive, communicative, and understanding. They really do take the time to make sure they understand your hair and what you want, keeping you updated throughout the process. Highly recommend!
