The Hair Factory

The other day saw this old hairdresser lady screaming like a lunatic yet again at another random person in the middle of the street - they parked a car within the white lines as marked, but apparently the bumper was overhanging the white line by a few inches. WHAT A CRIME!!! Definitely worth going all vigilante about it!

In any case, probably NOT somebody you want around you with a pair of scissors.

I did go here once for a haircut a while ago, and it was just awful - all uneven, and hair sticking out everywhere. This was the first and only time I went there obviously, so figured would share it here to spare you the same experience.

I have been going to see Susanna at the Hair Factory for over 5 years and have never had a bad haircut. Admittedly I am not that fussy, but at the prices she charges I have no complaints. She is always flexible with appointments and values her customers more than my previous experiences anywhere on North Street. I take the kids as well and they love having their haircut with her.

The previous post about car parking may be linked with her frustrations of not being able to guarantee a car park for her customers now the RPS has come in. Susanna is one of the real characters of Southville and has been a local business owner in the area for a long time based on a large number of loyal customers.

My regular hairdresser was on holiday so I went here since it's on my way to work - all in all the cut was very mediocre.
Had it redone by my hairdresser as soon as she returned.

If you would like to get a haircut in somebody's garage, then this is it. Unsanitary and very unprofessional overall.

When you go to the hairdresser you are supposed to come out better than before, in my case it was the opposite.
I asked for a haircut: side bang and rounded long haircut. Well, that's not at all what I've got. See the results for yourselves:

Susanna did an excellent job with the haircut I had. My hairs quite thick and wavy, but she did a greta job with thinning it out. It was very reasonably priced and she was very accommodating.

Susanna's fab - she does exactly what you ask her to do. Even when she's advised it's not a great idea - if you ask, she'll do it. Have been having my hair cut there for over 5 years.
