Both Katie and Tracy are very friendly, kind and extremely professional.
They really care about all aspects of my visit from my comfort during my hair wash (there's no scrimping on shampoo & conditioner) to really listening to my requests with regard to the cut and style of my hair.
Katie will literally carry out exactly what I ask for & never tries to persuade me to have more cut off of my hair than is really needed - she will be honest about the condition of my hair as it has been quite damaged due to ill-health and medication, now and then.
Her expertise has brought my hair back from a very sorry state, on more than one occasion!
I appreciate her taking great care and time over my hair and I always come home feeling great and loving the before and after difference to my hair.
If there was a possibility to give more than 5 stars, I definitely would!!
