Hair Boutique - Rugby

Recently came to Hair Boutique for my bridal hair up with Ryan. I was very pleased with my bridal hair and attention to detail given both on the trial and the day, it was clearly important to Ryan to produce a quality hair up. It's a lovely salon, great customer service and all staff are welcoming and friendly. Have also been for numerous hair cuts with different staff members and have always been happy with the quality of service

Upon arriving for a pre-booked appointment I was informed "she'll be a minute". Almost 15 minutes later I'm still sat there with no explanation. I appreciate that things run late sometimes, but this should have been explained because communication is important. I was trying to fit a haircut in during lunchbreak so I had to leave with no haircut - massive waste of time. Prices have gone up a lot but service seems to have gone down.

I am getting my daughter's haircut done here since last one year. They do all the work with perfection and smile on the face.

Well recommended for kids - the hairdresser listened and has good interactions / suggestions on hair cut to suit.

service was terrible... hairdresser was extremely rude and cut my hair wrong! clearly they don't do curly hair - she straightened my hair and cut it dry... then proceeded to lie so I would tip in the jar! not coming back here

Worth being clear on the price of the service you require before the stylist begins- I was charged significantly more than the price quoted to me at booking. Salon unwilling to engage in conversation over the cost as the stylist they assigned me was self employed (again not mentioned at booking).

Nicki was such a life saver, I had an accident with my hair during lockdown where my roots went ginger and patches of orange started showing through my hair. The process took 4 hours but in that time Nicki was wonderful to talk to, she is a very hard working woman and committed to my hair without fail. I highly recommend hair Boutique, you will meet such lovely people there who welcome you and do such a fantastic job. I can now happily smile and walk down the street without feeling self conscious. I thank Nicki for fixing my mistake she is amazing, I will be returning for sure 😊🤍🤍
