TPL Salon

My first experience at the salon was a consultation with Caroline. She listened to me and gave thoughtful and helpful advice, which made me feel confident about, and excited for my actual appointment. On the day, I was made to feel very welcome and received excellent service. I am over the moon with my cut and the True Grey treatment she gave me. I have finally got the grey hair I want, and a stylish cut, which has made me feel fab! Thank you, and see you in six weeks.

Had my first appointment at TPL, with Jenna. From the beginning of the appointment she took time to really listen to what I liked and wanted. She was attentive and checked that I was happy at each stage of the colour and cut, which turned out to be great. Fabulous experience in a relaxed and friendly Salon.

TPL is the most amazing salon. I have my hair coloured & cut by Caroline. She is so thoughtful & always makes my hair look STUNNING. She listens, always checks in & makes sure I’m happy throughout my appointment. (I’m also long term poorly & she is accommodating to everything I need) Her styling is perfect, I trust her with my hair which is a big deal haha & she always gets my colour perfect & trust me I am picky!! I couldn’t recommend TPL more. My younger brothers & mum all get our hair done by Caroline, she’s the best. The staff are all fabulous, special shout-out to the gorgeous Carol! x x x

Difficult to put into words how exceptional this salon is but I will do my best. The staff are all extremely talented, friendly, and 100% professional. The interior is beautiful, modern and has been well thought out and intentionally designed. Every detail of the client experience has been curated to perfection from consultation to execution and you can tell is constantly being adapted to client needs and feedback. Most importantly, they care about how you feel about your hair and give you space to be honest with their work which made my experience so welcoming and gave me a brilliant first impression of this salon. I felt beautiful with the end result and am happy to be a member of the TPL family. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my curly hair now that I have found this place.

After relocating from down south 2 years ago I have finally found a fab salon and hairdresser. Laura was absolutely amazing. Friendly and welcoming and went above and beyond what I expected my end result to be. Cannot recommend her and the salon enough. From brown to light!

I have visited many times now over the past few years and each time the experience has been wonderful, extremely professional. I am an international client and had my hair done all over Europe but have to say this salon is the best…. Recently I have been seeing a recently new recruit who is amazing. Such a talented young lady Zoe. She will go far i am sure. Thank you TPL and will continue to visit in the future soon.

First visit to TPL Salon. And had my hair styled by Zoe who was very nice and friendly. She asked a serious of questions to understand what I wanted. Due to my poor knowledge of hair styles and cuts she showed me images based on what I was describing to ensure she knew what I wanted. I had my hair washed and the head message was amazing. She talked me through what she was doing as and when needed to ensure it was the right length and style, etc. Watching my hair transform in her care was brilliant and it was clear she understood my vision. But not only did she achieve it, she exceeded it. I will most definitely be back again to Have Zoe cut, style, colour, etc. Thank you again.

I needed to find a new hairdresser as I was unable to manage the stairs at my regular salon. I chose TPL because the reviews were good but I was still anxious about going somewhere new. I don't really like getting a haircut - too many big mirrors! I emailed TPL several times before making an appointment and the replies were always very helpful and kind. My stylist on the day was a lovely young lady called Rebecca who was also kind and helpful and who gave me a fabulous cut in a new style that I have had many compliments about. Thank you so much Rebecca.
I must mention how thoughtful it is that foot stools are provided when having your hair washed. I have osteoarthritis in my knees and ankles so the footstool made it much more comfortable.
Everything I'd read in the wonderful reviews about TPL was true of my visit. I'll be back!
