Gillian Smissen Hair & Massage Therapist

I have Joint Hyper Mobility, including scoliosis of the spine. During a recent spell of bad back pain I visited Gillian for a back massage. I checked before the appointment that Gillian was happy to massage my back and her response was very positive and put my at ease. As soon as I arrived I felt totally comfortable with Gillian and at ease to reveal my unusual spine! The massage was just what I needed to ease my painful muscles, Gillian really does have healing hands and I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a massage to ease painful muscles!

I tried a few hairdressers since I moved to Deal, but Gillian is the one I settled on. She is really attentive, listens to what YOU want. She always gives me a style that lasts and is easy to manage. She is also very empathetic, down to earth and easy to talk to. I think she could set up as a business coach too!

Having my hair done by Gillian is such a wonderful experience. Not only is she such a fabulous hair dresser and colour technician. Shes a great listener. Shes also very good at helping you develop a style that suits your face and occation but also colours that will go with your skin tone. All that and a private salon to relax in, rather than a goldfish bowel of a normal salon. Gillian is also an amazing massage therapist and easily adds in this therapy. I highly recommend Gillian shes an absolute star and i alway look forward to my time in her salon where im treated like royalty.
