Love my nails! Lush salon and Laura was super friendly and easy to chat to. 100% would recommend. I come from Newton Abbot where there are so many salons, but definitely worth the drive out to Heathfield to see Laura, and with the free parking it's a no brainer!

I had such a wonderful experience here yesterday! I've always had the same boring haircut, but Joe wouldn't allow that. He took the time to help me decide how to "break the habit" and have a whole new style. Joe is so professional and friendly and full of great chat and profound quotes. I highly recommend him! Rachel worked her magic on my hair today. After not seeing her for 18 months I had forgotten how fabulous she was. She corrected my hair and restyled it for me. This lady is a diamond and is a real specialist at what she does. Thank you Rachel. X

Laura is the most lovely lady and is a fantastic nail technician. I have never had nails that 3 weeks, but that is the quality of her work. I highly recommend Laura for all things nails

Having just discovered The Loft , I went initialy to book for my hair but also then booked for a massage and also my nails. The guys there are amazing , Vicky was great guiding me through colour choices I loved my hair, Roxy for a massage is great, Laura was brilliant for my nails and Joe is a fountain of knowledge. What a great team, atmosphere was relaxed and friendly would highly recomend I would not go anywhere else. :)

WOW! After years of searching I finally found my hair guru!

I have come across Joe's Facebook post by chance and was nicely surprised how lovely it  was. I didn't react at that time, and didn't even think I needed a hair cut (oh yes I definitely needed it). Fews days later decided to msg Joe and from an initial msg Joe was professional, friendly, inviting, charming and just purely nice.

I’ve been trying to find a “master stylist” and someone who could actually cut my hair well. My past hair cuts were always the same...no style or flair but a trim on the bottom, leyers and huge gaps where they tried to take out the bulk by thinning. Anyone with wavy, frizzy hair understands you have to treat it differently than those with straight hair.

When I walked in I was greeted with a massive smile and the most comfortable feeling of being in good hands. Joe cut my hair with precision and an attitude that everyone that leaves his chair represents his brand. He has a lot of pride and attention to detail with every cut and in the end it was the best hair cut I’ve ever had in my life! You bet I’m a customer for life and now that I’m familiar with his work I can't wait to be back !!

If you’re looking for “the one” give Joe a try.  He will listen to you but also listen to him. He does know what he’s doing and is the “master “ I was looking for.

Took my daughter here today to get her afro hair detangled and cut . I cannot fault the chap at all. He really does have the patience of a saint 5 and a half hours later and he has worked a blooming miracle.
