I have given 4 stars to reflect RUSH as a chain as salons and absolutely not to reflect the awesome staff who work in the Redhill branch who definitely deserve 5 stars + but only have the tools to work with that the company provides. I have a weekly blowdry and Rachelle does a great job but with my frizzy afro hair the products used make such a difference. I started coming to RUSH because they were a Kerastase salon and I depend on Kerasrase products as the best my hair has ever reacted to, having tried many premium brands. However in more recent times the products haven't been stocked and available for use on my hair which leads to a poorer result. Their prices also went up whilst their budgets were cut and even fewer products were available for them to use on their clients. I now bring my own shampoo with me every week, whilst paying their increased price for the service which is crazy. However, every member of staff is great, so welcoming, ways make a huge effort with me, have got to know me and my family, always asking and interested. Always experimenting to see how to get the best results on my hair. I can't fault the staff at all, only the company they work for.

I have been going to Rush Redhill for 12 years. I am 66 and in the last few years have let my hair go grey. I decided to have it permanently recoloured as going grey wasn't going well.....!! Jodie did a marvelous job. My hair colour looks really natural and I look 10 years younger. Jodie perfectly understood my concerns and what I was aiming for. At Rush all the staff have on-going CPD, (continuing professional development). They are so reliable.

I went to rush Redhill yesterday and had my hair cut, incredible service the lady who cut my hair was professional friendly and put me at ease I won't go anywhere else from now on really chuffed 🙂

I'm new to the area and booked a much needed hair cut here! Sophie was absolutely fantastic! She made me feel so welcome and was very friendly. She listened to what I wanted and made some of her own suggestions (that made a huge improvement to my hair style). I cant wait to go back, thank you!

I love Rush in Redhill, Keeley is extremely accommodating, professional, friendly and a great hair stylist. She always listens to exactly what I want and I’m always delighted with my hair when she does it. She gives great advice on products and answers the many questions I have in order to keep my very long hair in good condition. I struggled for years to find someone like Keeley to do my hair and now I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Steff and all her other colleagues (sorry I cannot remember all the names) are all wonderful as well. Been going to Rush for just over a year now and never been happier with my hair.

My hair was done twice by Saidie, very professional and gives recommendation! I loved first time she did my hair so trust her with it 2nd time round. Having dark hair and lifting it slowly and nicely to ash. Looking forward to the next appointment now!

People have been commenting on my recent hair colour and saying how good it looks I have told them Jodie at Rush Redhill did it for me so hopefully you may get more people coming in for appointments
