Shades His and hers

Just had a wet cut by Allanah .. love it and my new hairdresser 💇🏻‍♀️ who was delightful ☺️
I was early but given a warm welcome and make a coffee by the equally lovely guy.
Great friendly atmosphere .. I will definitely be a regular customer from now on .. thanks very much guys.

Allanah has been cutting my hair at Shades for around 2 years. I have a wash cut and blow-dry a d have always been happy with the cut and finish.The price is very reasonable compared to some of the named salons.
Allanah is always on time for the appointment and everyone is attentive my needs. It's a relaxed unisex salon with some gentle banter between stylists and clients. I would highly recommend.

My first time visiting Shades & I am so pleased with the outcome of my hair. The hairdresser was lovely & done exactly what I wanted. The salon had a very easy going, comfortable vibe & the staff were so welcoming & attentive. I will definitely be returning! 😊

I've been going to Shades (formally Ashford Barbers) for years. I first started going there when Pete's dad Rob ran the business and now Pete is my barber. I wouldn't go anywhere else. It was a bit odd when the lady's side opened up on the other side, but the ladies there are amazing too. My daughter goes there and has always had a great time. The service provided is excellent with a friendly and relaxed approach, a great place for a bloke's haircut.

My brother came in for his haircut today. The salon was very welcoming with a friendly environment and Pieter was very talkative making the experience much nicer. We will definitely be back his hair cut was amazing at such a good price he’s very happy with his haircut and he’s always been funny on new people cutting his hair but we will definitely be back to book him in again!!! Thank you!!!
