Lovely service. They really look after you and give you a tailored service. My hair looked wonderful and I got the exact colour I wanted. Bit pricey though! 💵

Loved being able to get my hair cut at long last and it was worth the wait. Anna was friendly, knowledgeable and managed to interpret my hair styling ideas to give me the cut and blow dry I had imagined. Can't wait to be able to book and go back again.

This is my favorite salon for my blunt bob right
now! After every haircut I get here I get so many compliments! Natalie and Chloe are very skilled and amazing at taming my hair to get the look I want . After they cut my hair it’s way more manageable and it actually still looked pretty good even in the 3 months quarantine!! That shows they give really good quality cuts here.

If I had one criticism I would say I never feel like they wash my hair very thoroughly because it gets greasy very soon and I normally have to wash my hair again soon after (which is a shame because I would like to enjoy the blowout longer) So I found its best to go with clean hair rather than hair that needs a wash!

Had my haircut by Anna just before lockdown, the best hair cut I've had in ages and in such a friendly and relaxing atmosphere. All the guidelines were being followed and I'll definitely be booking in with Anna when they reopen.

I don’t normally write reviews, but Anna cut my hair so amazingly before lockdown that I don’t need to put any effort into styling it, you’re my hair hero Anna! The salon also made such a great job to keep everything covid safe which put me at ease! Can’t wait to see you again!!!

Unfortunately, since the new franchise owner has taken over the Reigate branch have lost their good long serving staff. Reviews about Anna and Gemma are no longer relevant as they have left. I have been a long standing client and am truly disappointed that staff have felt they needed to leave. Now, I honestly don't know who will be doing my hair as each time I go along for an appointment another member of staff has left. No consistency, lower quality at much higher prices. I shall be going elsewhere in Reigate.

Appalling customer service. After having a good haircut with a competent stylist I decided to get my colour booked in for the next visit. Colourist advised me as it had been more than 6 months since my last colour I'd need an allergy test. No problem at all, so skin test at the front desk and extensive chat with the colourist including ipad pictures where we decided what look to go for. Following their advice of not leaving the next visit more than 6-8 weeks I rebooked on the spot whilst I was still in the salon.
Queue the build up to the next visit. I'm away on a sailing trip on the middle of nowhere. Receive a voicemail on Thursday to say my stylist is off sick and cannot do my cut. They've booked me someone else but if I'm not happy call back. I rang back and had to leave a message asking the question is the new person the same level and same price? No reply. Received a text message on Friday asking if I'm still coming at 1pm Sunday for my colour. Reply back yes.
Sunday morning.... Receive phone call from the salon saying they cannot do my colour. Their skin tests are only valid for 2 weeks. Since when?! I have been a toni and guy regular for nearly 15 years without this problem. This was never mentioned to me at all, either during the test or whilst booking the appointment. If it had been I would have not booked, as I live over half an hour away and do not drive so coming back every 2 weeks for a patch test would be completely impractical. To make matters worse the receptionist had no clue what was going on, and almost blamed me until I explained the test and booking was done at the same time by the colourist himself. 'oh dear' she says, 'I don't know how this happened then'. Do you still want to come in for a cut with someone else? No I do not! Received text message about 20 mins later confirming everything cancelled. Checking my online banking tonight.... They've only taken the money for the appointment!! I am literally astonished by the cheek of this.
I had arranged my whole week around that appointment, from coming back early from my trip to asking a friend to drive from Woking to give me a lift, even postponing a work meeting until after I thought I'd be having my hair done. It seems perfectly fine for the salon to be complete hypocrites, they can cancel on you less than 3 hours before your appointment due to their own mistake. And they can still then charge you on top of this. I shall be phoning their head office for comment. Avoid at all costs.

Update: thank you for the owner response. I did phone the head office number twice on 17/11 however there was no answer from customer service and no facility to leave a voicemail. There is nothing now to 'discuss'. I do not wish to speak to the salon. The matter is now closed as far as I am concerned. I have rebooked elsewhere.
