J D Hair Design

I felt very safe in J D Hair Design yesterday. As I walked in, they took my temperature. Tick. No hanging coats up next to each other. Tick. My seat was thoroughly sanitised top to bottom as I waited. Tick. All staff wore masks, visors, gloves and aprons. Tick. Only two customers in at once and seated at opposite ends of this big salon. Tick. Customers given hand sanitiser and masks. Tick. Coats not to be hung up but kept by your side. Tick. Even when I was left the wash sink, my lovely hairdresser saw to the sanitising of the sink and chair before returning to me. Tick. No cuppas or magazines to help spread the virus. Tick. An older lady came in as I was there and moaned about how she didn't believe masks were effective. The stylist gently explained why they did help and this lady said she hadn't realised that point – nicely done indeed so not only do you get a great hairdo in a safe environment, but the staff are so clued-up that they can help educated others and this might actually help save lives. This was a really safe environment and being overly cautious myself, I was dreading it but I needn't have worried. It was as safe as houses. And of course, goes without saying that the hairdo was fantastic. I've been going here for over 32 years and can't fault it. Very experienced stylists with lovely personalities.
