Really like this salon and Sophie always does a great job with my hair. Spacious and airy salon, calm atmosphere, friendly staff and good at hairdressing. What more do you need?

Maybe they are good, but probably they need a bit more staff. I was hoping to get a haircut, I did an appointment, I received a lot of information over the phone, which I appreciated (cost, name of the stylist). I went there on time, I was told I need to wait 15-20 minutes and I left after 40 minutes of waiting without getting the haircut. Everyone was polite, manager was great so I hope they will have sufficient people in the future.

Came here for the 1st time a couple weeks ago! More than pleased... just went for a trim but was so happy with what I left with and the advice received from Maddi. Such a lovely girl too!!

Extremely disappointing behavior and service offer!

I recently booked a colour discount service with hair cut and blow dry through the online booking system. I was looking forward to get my hair done before some family get together, when I was informed relatively last minute that the stylist who was going to do my hair was on leave due to sickness. No alternative was provided to me, it did leave me stranded, however as it was understood that hands were tight at their end and I was offered another date.

I just received another call this evening to say that now the stylist has left the business and they cant offer me an alternative on the same date. This is pretty disappointing as I have fairly busy weekdays / weekends and was looking forward to my appointment.

No alternatives were offered to me, neither any service discounts. When I questioned that what benefits are being offered to me for this inconvenience twice, I was told that I am being offered the colour discount service (which is what I booked anyways) and the stylist at same level on another day. Pretty poor offer from Headmasters Woking as anyone could see that there is no benefit in this offered to me in return of request to move the dates twice.

When I challenged the lady on phone, she was rude enough to disconnect and cut me off..

I think the owners of Headmaster Woking really need to revisit their approach on 'Customer Service.'

Sadly not a great experience last week which is a real shame as I've been going to Headmasters for a few years now. My previous hairstylist Maddi was great but has just left. This last visit means I will not return. I had my hair washed, cut, blow dried and straightened all in 30 mins. The whole experience was rushed, hair wasn't sectioned when cut so was uneven and different lengths 🙄 It probably took the stylist longer to comb my hair than cut it. Once it was dried and straightened I had to point out bits that I could see were longer etc. I walked straight out and to another local salon, who had to rectify the wonkiness! Needless to say my hair style landed up a lot shorter than planned. I've given 2 stars as when I contacted the salon and spoke to the Manager she couldn't have been more apologetic and offered a full refund, for that I am very grateful. Perhaps this stylist was having a bad day, but this really isn't the level of service you expect from Headmasters.

Rheannon (my stylist) was fab - what a lovely lady! I went burgundy to uplift my spirits and it looked lovely. I've had endless compliments.

Megan cut my hair . Basically she didn’t do anything at all . My hair was exactly how it was when I walked in . I am extremely disappointed. Very poor service. They charged me £55 for doing nothing . My hair Color appointment was cancelled on last day over a voicemail when I tried calling it to me 30mins to get hold of someone on phone .
Overall worst salon ever and very poor staff and service
