So disappointed.. I booked in for hair cut today at 10... arrived 10 to 10. One of the ladies in shop says "oh are you emma, katie who was going to cut your hair is off" .. I said it's horrible weather outside, and I've booked leave and have plans this evening. I also paid for parking. They just fitted me somewhere in the next day. This was all so embarrassing. You've been unreliable.
