For over 14 months I have struggled with my hair after it was over processed by a hairdresser in Spain. A friend recommended that I try Sarah at SHS Visionary, and I have just returned from my first appointment today feeling like a new woman.
Sarah listened sympathetically, understood straight away what look I wanted to achieve and explained what she could do for me and how to progress in the future.
To say she pulled off a miracle is an understatement, she talked me through every detail of the process and showed me exactly how to achieve the style at home.
Jess gave me a lovely wash and head massage and also talked me through all the products she was using, without pressure to buy anything.
I would not hesitate to recommend Sarah and Jess to anyone, whether you have a problem with your hair or not, you've given me back my va va voom! I look forward to going back in a few weeks time.

Stopped in today for my first haircut in four years, had a fantastic experience! The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the lady who cut my hair did an amazing job. She cut my hair exactly how I described even though it was an unusual style without a good example picture to work from and styled it beautifully. She answered all my questions and gave me plenty of good advice, along with a few product samples to try out. The prices are very reasonable and I will definitely be going back to add some colour. I walked in looking like a wookie having a bad hair day and walked out looking like a princess!

Had a wonderful hair cut from the lovely Jess. Did not have a booking, and was seen to straight away. Great price, and lovely relaxed atmosphere. Be back soon for a colour 💗🤗

Today I went to my first appointment for a consultation with Sarah and was greeted by a very friendly young lady, Jess. Sarah asked Jess to wash my hair and Jess explained what shampoo she was using and why. From there Sarah explained how she was going to cut and style my hair asking all the time if I was happy with her suggestions. I loved how Sarah had cut my hair it made be feel good.I was very relaxed and happy in this very friendly salon and have made another appointment to return next month. I would certainly recommend this hair salon. Thank you Sarah & Jess
