\could listen to what customers want more, rather than what they think it should look like. Ended up with something total opposite to what i wanted. Fringe cut wonky and above eyebrows when i wanted it on eyebrows, I was generally dissatisfied once i got home and began to notice the flaws in the cut. WOULD NOT RECCOMEND.

I visit the gents hairdresser at the end of the shops. It can't come round quick enough as I really like the tall blond guy who always cuts my hair and I enjoy having my hair cut - I enjoy the feel of it. Get some friendly chat from him and he always discusses how I want it cut, although has got used to me now and can usually remember how I want it done. I would like the option to have my hair cut in private as I really do not like the barber shop set up with a row of customers sitting behind me. If there is a queue behind me that is when I stop talking and I do like a bit of a chat while I am being seen to. I prefer the salon style set up where waiting customers are well away. I go for short hair anyway so I not know if all they know is short as it doesn't matter to me. The price is extremely cheap and I always give him extra. I don't have any complaints about the guy who cuts my hair or the haircuts I get. I am a satisfied customer.

Go in and ask for a trim, leave with little to no hair, why am I paying for something I could do myself at home with no skill required?...
