Found this place when I moved to the area and was hunting for a cruelty free salon. I have to say, I have never felt as comfortable in a salon as I do with Amy. She is an absolute gem, and she is so good at what she does. AV Tailored Therapies is a little calming oasis, and I love coming in. I look forward to every visit, and I leave feeling fantastic. If you're remotely anxious about getting your haircut, she's the girl for you.

Amy has been cutting and colouring my hair for a couple of years now. I’m always pleased with my hair.

Amy’s exceptional hairdressing skills are matched by her people skills. Amy exudes warmth and kindness. She listens carefully during the consultation and delivers the brief every time. The salon is welcoming and inclusive.

Visited for the first time yesterday and had a great experience getting a restyle & undercut. Amy and Elle were accommodating and friendly. Amy made sure that I was comfortable with my hair throughout and did an excellent job - nothing was too much to ask! I will definitely be returning again! :)

First visit here. Wow, what a service! Had roots coloured and a cut. The colour match is perfect. The cut, well what can I say, this was the first time I have had a curls cut and am so impressed and for the first time in my life my curls stay intact and have not gone frizzy!! Had a big hair cut and hair color change. Went from brown/blonde with a touch of red here and there after box dying it, to a lovely copper color and I really love it! Amy is so friendly and brilliant at what she does. Will definitely be returning next time I fancy a hair color change!

I had a lash tint and lift and a brow lamentation and tint . I'm so pleased with the outcome,it's really made a huge difference. Amy was very professional yet easy to get along with , she did a great job and really made me feel at ease. Will definitely be coming back !

Very kind, polite, high quality service. I had my hair coloured to an icey blonde and it was perfect. I was pleased to see all the products are vegan, as well as Amy herself!

Amy cut my hair recently and despite the fact I don’t like getting my hair cut I absolutely loved what she did with it and it looked so much healthier after. Can’t wait to book in for a colour ☺️
