Poor Customer Service. I wanted to try a new hairdresser, so I booked an appointment with Green Hare. I left home, getting a bus in, but on arrival was told my appointment would be at least half an hour late. I was unimpressed - they could have tried calling me to let me know before I arrived. Needless to say I did not rebook, will not be rebooking or recommending. I know appointments run late - but if it is looking like it will be more than 15 minutes - perhaps you could try calling your punters to warn them?

Lovely place to have hair cut and the hairdresser's are absolutely lovely and friendly as well pity there are only 5 stars I would give more they are that good.

Just having my hair washed was such a wonderful feeling and Gemma has worked her magic as she always does x
