It was my first time today visiting Faith and Grace hair salon. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. I had a silk press done with the lovely Toffee, and my hair turned out really nice and silky, which I really loved. I would definitely recommend this place and will be returning very soon. In my honest experience this place is by far the best Afro-Eurasirdresser in Hatfield. Toffee (the shopkeeper and chief hairdresser) is so caring, trustworthy and attentive to detail in my two-weekly blow-dry, hair strength treatments. With such high quality and consistency in my results I come here regularly with excitement. She's so lovely and an angel to my haircare.

Not only because the owner is so lovely but the services are way beyond other places.

I had a wash, steam treatment, cut, full weave with closure. My hair along from the cut looked amazing.
But the weave. Gosh- the detail, the time she took to get it perfect. It wasn't rushed, it looks natural and the perfect density to look full and luscious but real at the same time.

I loved having my box braids done at Faith and Grace ready for my holiday after I had a ruined it from bleaching. I was worried they wouldn’t be able to fix it.

First time coming here from seeing the reviews and it did not disappoint! Sharon was AMAZING at doing my hair and made me feel really at ease when I was not completely sure of what to go for. Customer service was great and I would definitely be back ☺️

Booked Appointment online, I arrived on time but had to wait an hour before I was started. Yhe place is run so unprofessionaly, owner rude to worker, owner very argumentative, 1 was overcharged. I must say the only 5 🌟 i can give is to the lady who done my hair. I don't know her name even though I asked for it the owner said I am not supposed to know it 😡 my sister had a bad experience there too. Lady braiding her hair kept being asked to stop so she can do someone else's hair in between. Even though my sister had an appointment. A job that should have been 5 hours ended up being 9.
