Excellent service. Mita is a total professional and her attention to detail and attitude are both fantastic. I come here after for eyebrows and waxing and don’t want to go anywhere else - very high quality for a reasonable price that is justified for what you receive. Highly recommend.

I came yesterday and the hairdresser cut and dyed my hair, I am blonde and was very surprised because the hairdresser did everything professionally and my hair looks great now. Today I had a booking for facial ,it’s was great and relaxing facial massage. The staff, very attentive and friendly, I would like to book next appointment in this salon.

I’ve been going to Xtrim for a few years now and I’ve recommended the salon to many of my friends. The customer service is excellent, Mita is wonderful! She’s professional and super friendly. I’ve had various treatments here and all have been excellent, especially the waxing treatments! I would highly recommend.

I went in for eyelash extensions and I loved my lashes so much. Mita did a fabulous job and I went back to get infills. Highly recommend and will definitely be going back!

Hair stylist was really sweet and made a few jokes here and there which i found really giggly and joyful l!! Washing hair was really good and made my hair very volumised and i would highly recommend and it was a fantastic price!! see you guys again

I did balayage. The hair dresser is very nice and kind. My colour faded away after few weeks. They have corrected it after they found out. I’m so happy with the results and service now. 100% will recommend them.

I booked an appointment over the phone for later in the day. When I arrived for my appointment there was a queue and I was told to join the queue as my appointment wasn’t showing in the calendar.

It’s most upsetting, because I scheduled it to match my toddler‘s nap time. I can’t just come back later because my kid won’t be sleeping later. I can’t allow myself to sit there for 45 minutes, having my haircut, while my child is running around the place, and I have nobody to live the child with. So when I made a plan and book a specific time from any service provider I’m expecting to be seen at such time.

It could be the most amazing hair salon in the area but I won’t be coming back.

My friend told me such good things about this salon so I decided to visit and I was not left disappointed. The service was absolutely amazing, the owner Mita made me feel extremely comfortable whilst getting my wax and I wouldn’t go to anyone else! I really recommend this place as it is highly professional and you will leave the place feeling satisfied with the service.
