If for any reason (sickness) your stylist is unavailable. The salon call you to let you know and offer you a different stylist & they’re very apologetic. But glad to be offered a second option rather than being cancelled unlike other salons.

So grateful to Kaitlyn for the beautiful job she did cutting and colouring my hair. I'd never had my hair coloured before but Kaitlyn put me at ease and was very attentive. Having had my hair cut with her previously she really is a rising star!

Splendid results each time. Today I had a free model’s haircut. It was so carefully carried out step by step under the kind and excellent trainer, Danielle guiding Tommi how to cut a new hair style. Well done Tommi 11/10 It just looks so professional!

Had a lovely appointment with Chloe. She refreshed my colour with a slightly warmer tone and sharpened my cut. I now have a shiny, layered bob which has already been complimented. An excellent visit as always.

Fantastic salon - nothing but the best of services here. Alex is a truly dedicated professional and I love having my hair cut and styled by him. I always come away feeling great and receive lots of compliments. Highly recommend this salon. Should also say Robert does my highlights and he too is amazingly good - but to be honest you could have anyone at the salon and you would come out smiling - always a happy professional team and I recommend to all my friends !!

Sophie cut both my daughters hair. My girls absolutely loved her, she really put them at ease and they have insisted that only Sophie can cut their hair from now on.

Their hair also looks beautiful. Wash, cut and blow dry.
