Had my hair cut two weeks ago , I showed the hairdresser what I wanted and she said that's nice and easy , well I told her I hate graduated bobs and that's what she done but the back is so uneven I could have cut it better myself not happy cried all weekend

I have only given 1 star because you can't give 0. I had a nail appointment booked in to have my nail done before my Wedding. Turned up salon completely shut up, messaged the Lady I had booked in with a no response. If they weren't able to honour the appointment they should have made me aware.
Had to have a last minute rush to fine someone to do my nails.
Very unprofessional service.
